Added: IntegrandBase::getSolutions(). Changed: Made IntegrandBase::registerVector public (needed by PoroElasticity).
for utl::matrix<T>, and a unit test for the latter method.
…d is now a char (instead of bool) to also support subtraction.

instead of acceleration. This must be used when inhomogeneous Dirichlet conditions are present, combined with the constant displacment predictor.
